Asset Living Acquires Denver-Based Property Management Company

Houston-based Asset Living expanded into a new region with the acquisition of Echelon Property Group, a multi-family property management company overseeing 13,000 units in Colorado. Terms were not disclosed.

The agreement establishes a Denver office for Asset Living and adds approximately 350 employees to the growing property management company.

Founded in 2010, Echelon provides clients with property management, marketing, branding, consulting, technology, renovation, leasing and financial services.

The deal, which brings Asset Living’s portfolio to 160,000 units across the United States, follows the acquisitions of Atlanta-based JMG Realty and Dallas-based City Gate Property Group at the end of Last year. Echelon will operate under the Asset Living brand.

Founded in 1986, Asset Living is led by CEO Ryan McGrath. The Company provides property management, asset management, receivership and investment services.
