Magpusao added, “In the midst of the pandemic, APMC and Globe Business continued to develop CMMS to improve productivity and offer faster response times and more accurate reporting.

Once fully deployed, all APMC assets, tools and consumables can be monitored in real time, allowing the company to perform statistical analysis of customer concerns, incident reports, work permits and timely performance of preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.

Property managers can even automatically receive notifications on all relevant documents due for renewal, ensuring that the business complies with all legal and statutory requirements in a timely manner. The system can also detect and report any problems or delays to management. Property managers also use the CMMS as a database and benchmark of APMC’s best practices, innovations and research initiatives.

Soon, APMC will integrate the facilitation of its budgeting, forecasting, planning and procurement activities into its CMMS.

“In a nutshell, our CMMS will allow management to monitor the overall performance of our properties, which will essentially give us a national overview of our portfolio, in seconds,” says Magpusao.

Beyond the streamlining of processes, the CMMS is aligned with the sustainable development objectives of APMC and Globe Business. With the introduction of digitization and automation, APMC is already planning to reduce paper use at each of its properties by up to 70% – and the company is committed to further developing its environmental and durability, according to Magpusao.
