Calling brokers to rate lenders in a survey

Mortgage Business has launched its annual Broker Survey to assess the performance of Australian mortgage lenders, which will provide brokers and lenders with insight.

Momentum Intelligence has launched its Third Party Lending Survey, which is an annual survey of home loan providers asking brokers across Australia to rate the performance of lenders they have worked with over the past 12 months and provide feedback and feedback to lenders.

The survey asks brokers to rate a lender’s performance across 17 attributes comprising the lender’s comprehensive offering to the third-party channel, including products, technology, people, settlement, digital tools and resources online, broker communication and education, and broker portals.

The results of the survey will inform Third Party Loans Report 2022, which is a key diagnostic tool that helps lenders understand their strengths and weaknesses, and provides them with the opportunity to improve their third-party channel offerings and approach.

Commenting on the survey, Momentum Intelligence Director Michael Johnson said: “Lenders rely on this data to understand how they are viewed by brokers and to help prioritize their strategic investments for the next 12 months and at -of the.

The survey, which will take around seven minutes, will run until mid-April and is open to mortgage brokers and finance brokers across Australia with questions covering residential, business, commercial and personal loans.

The main conclusions of the Third Party Loans Report will also be released in Mortgage Business sister brand The Adviser later this year.

At the end of the investigation, Mortgage will collect the responders details of a raffle for the chance to win a $1,000 Qantas gift card or one of two $250 gift cards Visa gift cards.
