Georgette Chapman Phillipsthe Kevin L. and Lisa A. Clayton Dean of the College of Business, was invited to become a member of the Association for Real Property and Infrastructure. ARPI is a non-profit organization that serves as a forum for studying issues related to ownership, development and investment in real estate and infrastructure. Membership is by invitation only and limited to 100 active members to ensure active participation and interaction.
“It’s an incredible opportunity to be exposed to some of the most knowledgeable and qualified real estate professionals in the world,” says Phillips. “APRI not only encourages discussion and analysis of potential real estate problems, but also offers practical solutions.”
“We are thrilled to have Dean Phillips join our organization,” said Steven Horowitz, American President of the ARPI. “His research and teaching experience has focused on the intersection of law, economics and public policy in the context of the built environment will be a great asset.”
Phillips has served as Dean of Lehigh College of Business since July 2014. She is a professor in both the Perella Finance Department at the College of Business and the African Studies Program at the College of Arts and Sciences. Dean Phillips holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Bryn Mawr College, where she currently serves on the Board of Trustees.
