InvenTrust Property Management will donate new murals to downtown Cyfair and renovate multi-tenant buildings

Real estate investment firm InvenTrust Property Management, LLC, is looking to give Cyfair Town Center a facelift by the end of 2022.

InvenTrust, the owner of Cyfair Town Center at the intersection of US 290 and Spring Cypress Road, will begin renovations of multi-tenant buildings in the area in the fourth quarter of 2021.

Cyfair Town Center is hosted by Kroger, JC Penney and Cinemark. The second phase of renovation begins in January 2022 and is expected to be completed by summer 2022.

“IVT’s enhancements to the center will include vivid new paint in a dramatic palette, LED lighting along the storefront exteriors, storefront awnings, as well as improved signage and improved landscaping throughout the property” , IVT said in a press release.

The renovation will also install benches around the center with gathering areas. Each business will have new signs under glass roofs. IVT is working with local artists and organizations to create an “Instagrammable” mural for Cyfair Town Center.

Cyfair Town Center is near Fairfield, Dunham Pointe and Bridgeland, and aims to continue to support the building on the property for medical and service needs.
