Maui County Real Estate Appraisal Division offers in-person service by appointment only

The Maui County Real Estate Assessment Division has changed its operations to provide in-person-only service during the continuing wave of COVID-19 cases in Maui County and the State of Hawaii.
“This is to protect the health and safety of Maui County customers and employees,” the announcement read.
Until further notice, the Department of Real Estate Assessment Division service windows at the Maui County Service Center in Kahului and the Molokaʻi Satellite Office will be by appointment only. In-person appointments can be made by calling 808-270-7297.

Written correspondence may be e-mailed or mailed to the Maui County Service Center at 110 ‘Ala’ihi St. Ste. 110, Kahului, HI 96732, or dropped off at the designated drop box located at the main entrance of the Service Center.
