Paula Peters of Windermere Whidbey Property Management expands to Coupeville

Coupeville on Whidbey Island is known for its Penn Cove mussels, but it’s also known for its above-average schools, quaint neighborhoods and friendly merchants. Small-town charm is matched only by its vibrant culture and rich history.

For Paula Peters of Windermere Property Management South Whidbey, expanding her business to Coupeville was a natural progression, after spending many years participating in the life of the town.

“My family is rooted in Coupeville as much as it is in Freeland,” says Peters. Having a daughter attending Coupeville High School who will be graduating in the fall and having volunteered many hours with the Central Whidbey Little League, and a new member of the Coupeville Chamber of Commerce, Peters considers it is an extension of his hometown.

“It’s time to expand my territory to include the Coupeville area,” says Peters. “I know the community and can provide first-hand knowledge of life on the island.”

The Windermere Property Management Advantage

“The home rental market is one of the tightest I’ve seen in a long time,” Peters says. “It is difficult to find accessible housing in desirable communities.

Windermere can help landlords find the right tenants, and we understand what it means to be a landlord.

Windermere Property Management South Whidbey has been in business since 2008 and knows the communities it serves.

“We handle every detail of marketing your property, screening potential tenants, rental logistics, deposits and rent, and property maintenance,” says Peters. “We help resolve tenant questions and requests from the day they rent to the day they move out.”

Windermere offers both commercial and residential property management. They help to make life easier for owners while protecting their assets.

“I can help make life easier for homeowners,” says Peters. “I create an individualized plan, collaborate and partner with owners to ensure their investment property performs well. I know the community, which further contributes to my client’s success.

Knowing the market is only part of what makes Peters successful in helping clients. It is also the passion she has for the industry.

“There’s nothing more rewarding than helping to put a roof over someone’s head,” says Peters. “After all my years of experience, I still feel the thrill when I help people find a home they can be proud of and create a partnership between them and the owner. It’s an incredible feeling.”

Peters has worked in the industry for 17 years and is the past president of the National Association of Property Managers for the Snohomish County Chapter. Being a member of NARPM signifies a higher standard of functioning, honesty and integrity.

“I am surrounded and guided by the best professionals in real estate and property management,” says Peters. “It means success for my clients – landlords and tenants.”
