Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Performing visual inspections on all buildings and facilities on an ongoing basis to compile data necessary for daily maintenance and updating of automated real estate inventory ; interpret maps, floor plans, and engineering plans and specifications; and establish a schedule for performing a cycle inventory to meet regulatory requirements. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the Federal Public Service (GS-06). You will be assessed on the basis of your skill level in the following areas:
Compliance InspectionOral CommunicationReal Estate Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the past 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06). Candidates must meet the applicable time and specialized experience requirements within thirty (30) days of the closing date of the advertisement.
